Alongside our Terms of Service, these conditions cover the practical details of how iTeChat is provided.

Content ownership

Messages and files you send remain yours — iTeChat stores them so conversations and shared files stay available to the people you sent them to, and for nothing else.

Channels & groups

Access to a given channel or project group is granted by an admin, either directly or via an invitation link. Removing someone from a group revokes their access to that group's conversation going forward.

Fair use

Please use reasonable judgment with attachments and message volume — iTeChat is built for everyday team and client communication, not bulk file storage or automated messaging.

Limitation of liability

iTeChat is provided as an internal tool on an "as is" basis. ITEC isn't liable for indirect or incidental issues arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.
