These terms govern your use of iTeChat, the internal communication platform operated by ITEC. By logging in and using the platform, you agree to them.
Who can use iTeChat
Access is by invitation only — accounts are provisioned by an ITEC admin for staff and clients working with ITEC. There's no public self-registration. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account.
Acceptable use
iTeChat is meant for legitimate work communication — project updates, support, and team collaboration. Don't use it to send unlawful, abusive, or harassing content, or to share anything you don't have the right to share.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but as with any software, occasional downtime or maintenance may occur without advance notice.
Changes & termination
We may update these terms from time to time, and may suspend or remove access for accounts that violate them. Continued use of iTeChat after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
